CONTINENTAL DISCOUNT HOUSE CORPORATE PROFILE

Continental Discount House Limited (CDH) was incorporated in Malawi on 27th June 1995.

CDH was licensed as a Discount House by The Reserve Bank of Malawi (RBM) 
under the Banking Act, 1989 on 23rd March 1998.

CDH commenced trading operations in Hannover Avenue offices in Blantyre on 10th August 1998 
and moved to new and prestigious corporate offices on the Fifth floor of Unit House, Victoria Avenue, Blantyre in February 2000. 

CDH is adequately capitalised in line with the licencing requirements of the Regulatory Authorities.

On 21st March 2002, CDH Asset Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Continental Discount House Limited, was incorporated.
